Unlicensed Renewable Energy Production Regulation enables home ,enterprise or fabrics to produce electricity from Photovoltaic Systems at rooftops or land either for self consumption and to sell surplus electricity into the grid on a fixed price determined
by EPDK (Turkish Electricity Market Regulatory Board) during 10 years. .
According to the Regulation on Unlicensed Electricity Production from Renewable Energy Resources , '' Renewable energy utilised electricity production facilities under
installed power of 1 MW '' are exempted of the obligation of obtaining licences from local authorities.

Rooftop Systems up to 3 kVA installed capacity are exempted from Grid Capacity Approval.
